1 - conducting an activity of cataloging resumes, organized and divided by profiles and professional qualifications, to create a database made available, in compliance with the aforementioned applicable privacy regulations, to potential employers (companies and businesses) registered with EGOMNIA, as well as to other registered users, using modern telematic technologies;
2 - subjecting users' personal data to all processing operations referred to in the mentioned General Data Protection Regulation, as well as, where applicable, Legislative Decree 196/2003, and (by way of example) to registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, and use. In particular, EGOMNIA processes the personal data provided by users - natural persons for the purpose of creating a ranking, also by estimating the resumes of registered users, which is made available to potential employers.

- the transmission, by the Data Controller, or by "business users" or commercial partners, by any means (for example, e-mail, sms, mms, mail, phone, internet, banners on the portal, any internal messaging functions, chat, etc...) of information/communications, including commercial, promotional, advertising, or electoral propaganda, coming from any European or non-European country;
- the transmission by the company Egomnia, through any means (including, by way of mere example and not limited to, sms, mms, mail, phone, internet), of communications regarding the Egomnia.com portal.
We inform you that, for the pursuit of the aforementioned commercial, marketing, promotional, and electoral propaganda purposes, as well as for the execution of what is subject to the contract, of which this notice is an integral part, the Data Controller may communicate and/or share your personal data with affiliated and/or subsidiary and/or parent companies or with commercial partners, or with "business users" of Egomnia. Personal data may also be transferred or assigned abroad, including to countries outside the European Union, in accordance with and under the conditions of the aforementioned applicable regulations.

In addition to the purposes indicated above, we inform you that your personal data may be organized by the Data Controllers into databases or archives for the purpose of: (1) carrying out at their discretion and without any obligation, checks on the quality of the services offered; (2) fulfilling any legal and accounting obligations; (3) tracing authors of any unlawful acts in case of specific requests from the competent authorities;

The provision of personal data by users is done solely on a voluntary basis. It remains understood that any refusal and/or provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information may make it impossible for the User to access the services as described in the contract, or to participate in marketing and promotional activities. By signing up for EGOMNIA, you agree to provide the requested personal data and commit to ensuring its accuracy and keeping it updated.
If you fail to provide the requested data, EGOMNIA reserves the right not to accept your registration request or to proceed with the cancellation/suspension of the account.

3 - transmission of users' personal data to potential employers (including companies and businesses) registered on our portal, who are obliged to process such data in compliance with the provisions of the applicable privacy regulations and the general terms of contract, aimed at pursuing EGOMNIA's business mission and executing the subject of the contract, of which this notice is an integral part, namely to facilitate the meeting of job demand and supply, without recruitment and/or intermediation activities.

7 - subjecting the personal data of entrepreneurs and/or legal representatives of companies/associations/entities to all processing operations referred to in Legislative Decree 196/2003, including (by way of example) registration, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, and use.
8 - The collected data is also aimed at processing for commercial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and political propaganda activities (and other similar or analogous activities), which include, by way of example but not limited to:
- the possible involvement of Users (natural persons and businesses) in events and activities or promotional events organized by the Data Controller, or by any parent and/or subsidiary and/or affiliated companies, as well as by natural or legal persons registered with Egomnia (so-called "business users"), or by natural and legal persons collaborating with the Data Controller in commercial activities or having contractual relationships for "service provision" (hereinafter simply referred to as "commercial partners").
